A wine that offers immediate drinking pleasure. A cool fragrant cloud of yellow bell pepper, white-fleshed pear and nuances of elderflower is followed with plenty of vitality on the palate. Crisp, cool and refreshing with citrus fruit and delicately nervy acidity. Crystal clear, incredible freshness and marvellously easy to drink. A Sauvignon Blanc to enjoy on its own or with light summer dishes.
From the very beginning, juicy, expressive and marked by deep spice. It is the harmonious marrige of vegetable and fruity aromas that make this wine so interesting. Red currant, green apple, and celery are followed by white pepper and cool mint on the nose. Good intensity on the palate with harmonious multiple layers that linger very long on the finish. Pair with fish, pasta, risotto, or vegetables.
A mineralic grab at first, almost impenetrable. After breathing a spicy creaminess of yellow bell pepper and dill, reminicent of mange-tout and ripe pinapple. On the palate, a delicate glaze of the sand and gravel soil is immediately present; playful, salty, highly accurate. Small-boned acidity and and immense complexity. Great lenght with a vivid finish. Ideal with fish and seafood, shellfish, asparagus, mushroom dishes.
